Please take one of the spare KPL's and wire it to a extension cord you can sacrifice and plug it into the same outlet as the PLM.

 

This will tell you more than anything at this point.

Hi Harold,

 

Please do submit a ticket so that we can see what's going on. It seems that the issue is related to noise/signal (or defective devices). My first recommendation in these cases is to plug in the PLM into an outlet that's not shared by other power supplies and transformers.
