I have an EZIO that controls my garage door. I linked it with my remotelinc in the garage, but it doesn't work.

 

Will the two work together? Any ideas why it might not work if the first is yes?

 

The remotelinc works for all the other lights and sprinklers.

Yes, it should work. Or, better yet, it used to work. I think RL and EZIO have the same problem that ISY and EZIO devices have (recently due to the changes in the PLM).
