Teken
What is the difference between the 2663-492 and 2663-222 outlets? I can't find any information about the 2663-492. Where did you get that 492 number from a retail package? If so that is for retail stores like Best Buys, Walmart, etc. The single item is 2663-222. Unless you got it from the global listing and that could simply mean its for outside of North America.
jerlands
I think the 492 is the older version? Looking at the listing on b&h the date of manufacture is 4814 or 48th week of 2014 Edit: both offer 15A, 600W incandescent maximum load Edit2 I think Teken's correct about the difference. 222 came out Nov 2014 Jon... Brian H
2663-492 is the retail part number as pointed out by others. I found a few online web sites selling them. The B&H link has the specification for it. They look the same as the 2663-222 Smarthome model number. The only possible difference could be firmware version. Depending on when it was made. It may have older firmware in it. As the Smarthome model should always have the latest firmware in it.
MustangChris04
Thanks everyone. Sounds like they are thr same. It appears that the 492 retails for $10 less than the 222.
