Blackbird Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 (edited) I just did a fresh install of windows 10 and java. When I open the admin console, it asks for my login, I type it in and briefly I can see my scenes then the admin console closes. Any idea what the problem is? Edited March 8, 2016 by Blackbird
jerlands Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 You could try adding ISY address to Java Security exception sites list. Jon...
stusviews Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 I have several machines with Windows 10, so that's not the problem. Clear the Java cache. Reinstall the Admin Console.
kohai Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 I have three Windows 10 machines. Two work, one doesn't and I haven't ever dug enough to figure out why the one doesn't work.
Michel Kohanim Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 Hi Blackbird, If you have AVAST, then please either turn off Webshield OR put ISY's IP address in the trusted zone. With kind regards, Michel
Brian H Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 If you are using Windows 10 64 Bit version. I have seen an independent X10 software programmer. Report some of his programs started acting strange with 64 bit and the last few updates. Something about being over protective of some folders.
larryllix01 Posted March 6, 2016 Posted March 6, 2016 I had to clear my cache with all options for javs after win 10 install as per Stu above. Sent from my SGH-I257M using Tapatalk

jerlands Posted March 7, 2016 Posted March 7, 2016 If your 32 bit install is correct then typically the closing of the admin console is related to spyware/antivirus.. see post #5 Jon...
