Had to factory reset KPL 2486D. I reset it into an 8 button. When I add it to the ISY, I still only get 5 nodes. I selected 8 button in the drop down. Any ideas?

The KPL will still be reported as a 5-button KPL, but should have 8 nodes. When you reset the KPL, did you have 8 individual button LED (e.g., the top two and bottom two behaved individually)? Which drop down menu allowed you to select 8-button?

The only part I missed the first time was holding the buttons for 3 seconds after. That worked!

I have problems every time I try to change a keypadlinc's button config.  Takes me 10 tries or more to do the conversion.  Is there a trick to it?
