Hello all,

Has anyone else had problems getting the ISY 994 Dashboard to load? The Administrative Console works correctly, but the Dashboard loads to the point of having an icon with a preview that shows the logon panel, I can alt tab and see the preview showing the panel, but using either method will not bring the app into the foreground. One of the stranger things I have seen.

Anyone had a similar issue?

Are you using the same Dashboard version as the installed Firmware version?

You need to download it from the same release thread.

Also, you might check UI version as well.  Help > About in admin console should show the same versions.

If versions are different you need to clear Java Cache and install new UI as well as new Dashboard

Funny thing is it works great on my surface book. My main Dev box / gaming box is the machine that it does not work on. Both freshly formatted recently and both still almost vanilla Windows 10 fully patched. Dev box does have 3 monitors and SLI graphics cards which might be an issue with this. Surface book is almost impossible to use with both programs as the scaling on a 3000x2000 display does not work with these Java apps.

I have upgraded to the new firmware (4.4.6) running and it works still on the Surface Book. I will check my dev box and see what happens with that.

Interestingly enough, The login screen is still not rendering or accessible as UI. That being said, If i blindly type in my username, then tab, then password, then enter I can get to the main dashboard and it will render correctly and respond to events.

Just the login panel will not work. At least I can use the dashboard now. I tried disabled my multi monitor setup and it didn't help. Next I will try disabling SLI and see what happens when I have a chance.
