Posted May 24, 20169 yr I have a number of Ecolink Door sensors (DWZWAVE2-ECO) and Motion Sensors (PIRZWAVE2-ECP) running. None of them are reporting battery status anymore, they all did after the initial install for a few weeks/months. When they were working, I wrote a number of programs sending me alerts to their status. Now there is no status to report, nothing on the admin console and nothing on Mobilinc. Does anyone know how to force them to wake up and report battery status? I am running 4.4.6 and ZWave 4.55.
May 24, 20169 yr Hi heardc, Can you please open the Event Viewer in level 3, issue a query, and then wave in front of it so that it wakes up? Once done, please paste the contents of the Event Viewer. With kind regards, Michel
