Charlie911 Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 My ISY is a couple years old and has been quite reliable. Had to reboot it and the PLM a couple days ago. I have set a custom location. Now the calculated suset time is about 30 mins late. Have reset location coordinates, with same result. Running ver 2.6.4. Suppose I could just set a location somewhat east to fool the ISY, but any better ideas? Charlie
Michel Kohanim Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 Hello Charlie, This sounds very much like a bug. Would you be kind enough to send me your coordinates (including timezone, latitude, longitude)? Thanks and with kind regards, Michel My ISY is a couple years old and has been quite reliable. Charlie911 Posted January 2, 2009 Author Posted January 2, 2009 Pacific Time zone, GMT-8. 33.6 Lat, 117.2 Long. Just a little southeast of LA. If I just use the pre set-up LA location, sunset is also about 30 mins late. Thanks, Charlie
Michel Kohanim Posted January 2, 2009 Posted January 2, 2009 Hello Charlie, Would you be kind enough to make sure you have the correct year? I just checked LA, and ISY shows the correct time (within 50 seconds) of the times reported by NOAA: http://www.srrb.noaa.gov/highlights/sun ... nrise.html Furthermore, it seems that: 33 3m 36s 117 1m 12s are close enough so that even NOAA shows the time for LA instead. Please do let me know. With kind regards Michel Pacific Time zone, GMT-8. 33.6 Lat, 117.2 Long. Just a little southeast of LA. Charlie911 Posted January 2, 2009 Author Posted January 2, 2009 Problem solved! Year was right, but month was off, showing Feb. Don't know how this happened, since I use the "Sync with computer time" option, and the computer shows the correct date. Anyway, thanks so much for the prompt replys and quality devices! Charlie

Charlie This happened to me also. I was out of town all week, today my wife said the lights seemed to be about an hour off. I checked and the clock was a month off, it thought this was February.
