Multiple ISY devices in ISY Portal with Mobilinc

How do I configure my Mobilinc to connect to multiple ISY devices using the ISY Portal?

It connects and tells me that it parses, but never shows me any devices.

There is no where to tell the mobilinc profile which ISY to use/connect to.

Am I missing something?

To our knowledge, the ISY Portal won't support multiple ISY devices the way you want to do this. You would need to contact UDI support for the specifics since this isn't our product, but our own MobiLinc Connect portal absolutely supports multiple ISYs at the same time.

 

To get started you'll need to contact UDI support to remove ISY Portal and install the MobiLinc Portal for your ISY's UUID. Then open MobiLinc and go to Settings->Lighting Controller->Host Type and select "MobiLinc Connect". Select "Create a New Account" and follow the directions.

You can do this but it requires a separate ISY portal user (each with a separate email address) for each ISY you're connecting to.

 

In ISY portal, create a new user for each ISY and set the preferred ISY for that user. In Mobilinc, use that specific user in your connect profile. The Mobilinc connection profile allows you to only specify the email address (not the ISY UUID) so it uses the portal user's preferred ISY setting to determine what ISY to connect to.

 

I have this working for me with one portal admin user and separate user profiles for home and cottage.

 

If you're already using separate user profiles for each person using your ISYs, you'll have to create multiple user profiles for each of those people.
