I am unable to backup my ISY. During the backup process i get this error "Could Not Retrieve File /Conf/76.PRP"

 

Firmware and UI are both 4.5.1

I just ran into this problem again for device 88834E.REC in my system. I am running 4.7.0. I tried to perform the fix described above....On my MAC, I opened a terminal window, but then it wouldn't accept a telnet command - says "telnet command not found". So then I tried to do this via a PC running windows 10 in a command prompt window, and it basically said the same thing. So can anyone help me with why does telnet not work on either of my systems.

You need to turn on Telnet in your device manager on your computer. If you Google turn on telnet windows 10 you will find the instructions.

That worked for the Windows system, now I'll have to research how to turn it on in my MAC but at least the problem is now fixed.

Hi baabm,

Most probably because the UI is not up to date. Please make sure you use the latest UI.
