Zwave issues with Linear Garage door controllers

I have a linear Zwave controller on my garage door that is controlled by my ISY994. Recently, when you opened door # 1 via the liftmaster wall button, the door will open and reaches the open position, the zwave controller starts to flash and 3-5 second later the door will close. This started to occur just recently with no programing changes to the system. I have firmware 4.5.1 since June 15. This problem has only recently started. any ideas
