Random communication lapses; several devices have "write pending" icon

Hi,  I've had an increasingly complex Insteon/ISY994-based system for several years, including lights, thermostats, door locks, etc.  I have several layers of phase couplers at different locations (paired couplers in house and workshop plus various dual band devices).  Recently I added a couple of new lights, but nothing fancy.  Then my PLM failed (my assumption that it failed is due to multiple device coms issues and reboots to "no devices available" several times), which I replaced.  The new PLM sees most of my devices and 90% is functional.  Some devices show up as "co communication", yet I can still accurately see their status.  My programs have spotty functionality and there is still some random movement in terms of which devices show up on reboot.  Some are "unavailable", and several have 'pending write update' icons associated with them.  I have airgapped the recently-added  devices, and also airgapped/disabled the older devices that were showing as 'unavailable'.  Somewhat methodically, I have disabled/re-enabled various devices and airgapped/reset/re-enabled devices to try to isolate a particular trouble-causer.  So far, none of these measures have resulted in the 'clean' ISY screen that I've been used to.  (I've recently installed an alarm system and wireless cameras as well.  These are independent of the ISY and Insteon but may potentially compete.  Cameras on 2.4Ghz but alarms sensors ?Hz)

Earlier sample comm log attached...

Ideas welcome!

Try doing a RESTORE DEVICE on the problem devices

If there are pending writes to a device then you may have a communication problem between the PLM and the device. Try doing a write updates to device.

Did you follow the replace modem instructions exactly.

The PLM's that are older than about two years usually failed due to bad components.  The current PLM's have corrected that issue.

Thanks Techman,  Yes, I have tried both Restore Device and writing updates to devices numerous times without effect.  Shame on me, but I did not know there special instructions for PLM replacement.  I simply removed the old one, plugged in the new one, and then did a 'restore PLM' command.  If there's another process please send a link and I'll try it!  Thanks!
