PLM replaced, Wireless thermostat and some I/O won't connect

PLM replaced and will not connect to Thermostat and part of EZIO outputs and inputs

 

I have a ISY994i controller hooked to a PLM 2413S(41.04.2E)

EZIO8SA hooked to a second PLM (22.7F.B8)

Two 2450 I/O module (28.BF.D6)(28.C2.6C)

Two 2443 access point module (21.2D.D6) (not known)

Motion Sensor (25.A3.A9)

Wireless Thermostat 2441ZTH (20.4B.E9)

X10 modules

 

All systems worked until the ISY PLM failed.

When I replaced that PLM, I reset all the modules

and with some multiple resets got the EZIO and the two 2450 I/O working.

 

EZIO works outputs 1-6 but inputs don't

Never could get the wireless thermostat to connect.

 

I have removed and reinstalled in several ways.

 

 

When I install as new Insteon module I assume it sees the module because

the install puts the module on the list but shows a red ! on theleft 

Then comes up with could not connect to 20.4B.E9 the IP of the thermostat.

??? is it really seeing the Thermostat or just adding the old data from the configuration file?

 

Tried restore device and it goes thru writing to the module but again will not connect.

??? is it really talking to the thermostat at this time or just reloading the ISY994i?

 

during the install process 21.2D.D6 access point cannot find Insteon Engine

 

Failed communicating with  Cannot communicate with Thermostat-Main(20.4B.E9 1) Please check connections

 

??? What Module is the Thermostat suppose to link to?

??? does (14:) mean the thermostat is seen in the network?

??? or is this from the old configuration?

??? should there be 3 lines Main Cool Heat like in the motion sensor?

 

??? 0: thur 6: EZIO outputs, where is 7: output 8 and 1-8 inputs?
