Cannot determine device link table address

Hi, 

 

Ive had my system going for a long time, lots of devices but today I tried to add a simple switchlinc and received the message "cannot determine device link table address". I tried another new similar device and same thing. 

 

Anybody have any suggestions... please?

 

attached is the error message and the level 3 log.

Can you post a screenshot showing the versions of the firmware and UI? Some behaviours change between versions, so its important to know...

Lots of messing around, but I did a factory reset on the switch as well as plugging in another dual band device on the same electrical panel phase, and I was able to get it to work. Im not sure which one did it but Im happy to have success.
