jblackst5000 Posted October 29, 2016 Posted October 29, 2016 I wrote a "Rule" using RP2 to turn on a light in "My Lighting" ISY 994i when I press the F4 Key on my Elk Keypad. I have written many rules and they all seem to work but this one does not. I think there needs to be something else I do in RP2 to activate the F4 Key. Below is the rule I wrote. When F4 is selected turn on family Room Light WHENEVER F4 KEY ON ANY KEYPAD ACTIVATES THEN TURN Fm Rm Lamp Linc [13 (A13)] ON, FADE RATE = 0 If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Regards

Regards I think you still need to assign the F4 key to the automation rule. Sign in to RP2 and connect to the panel. In the left hand section, choose the keypad in question. Back in the main section of the program under "Definable Keys" select the drop down arrow for the F4 key and select your automation rule. If you want to have the key illuminate, you do that in the next section to the right. There are also several options you can select as you move further right, including adding a label to the function key on the keypad. When finished, send the update to the panel and save the changes. Hope this helps. Dennis
