Guest or Limited mode

If I was to implement this type of mode, what would or should be available?  Just the Home screen?  Everything but settings?

It would probably help to understand what guest would be used for? Scenarios:

 

1- My phone is sometimes handed over to someone to view, and/or children my have access at times - my guess that the pin is for that

 

2- There is a shared tablet at my house, or agave is used on a wall mount. The purpose is to allow control but limit it to the home screen, etc. If its this one, having on/off in settings for guest mode, with configuration options for selecting between Home screen only, or  everything but settings. Elk could get tricky here.

It should allow for public control of devices just as the physical device does. Everything else should be locked by a pin code.

 

However, to implement this where is really useful there needs to be the ability to remote program each tablet or device.
