after downloading new upgrade 4.5.4, all the ramp times changed to 9 minutes.

I now have to go change them

    Try querying the device rather than resetting it. I've seen that UI glitch before if the ISY restarted recently and a query all hasn't completed yet... It may just be a display default rather than an actual changed setting...

    Eludes to the admin console needing  a warning that all data may not be synchronised yet.
