What about UD support, any clue as to how to further debug this issue? Hi, I am running into communication issues with Insteon 240V Load Controller Dual band device. At first I had constant issues adding this device to the network, but now it is linked. It also worked for a week before the communication failure error showed up last Friday. I have been struggling to get the communications going back again. Here is what I have tried so far 1. Reset the device to factory setting many times 2. Removed and Added the device back in 3. Removed the PLM and powered down the ISY hub, and then brought them back in reverse order. Most of the other devices are working fine, both Zwave and Insteon, except for this one. Here is the device comm snippet from the log. Firmware 4.5.4 and UI 4.5.4 Any help will be much appreciated. kaus3362 Posted December 27, 2016 Author Share Posted December 27, 2016 In case someone else run into this issue, I replaced the device with a new one (great customer service - Amazon and Insteon), factory reset and added back to the network and everything is working fine for last few days, It seems the device was not functioning properly. venture Posted October 23, 2017 Share Posted October 23, 2017 Sorry to revive an old thread but I am having similar issues with Dual Band 240V load controller 2477SA1 - suddenly last week it no longer communicates to the ISY. The PLM is ok because it communicates to the Thermostat. The on/off button on the load controller box works. Does this load controller have a short life span> It was put in about 2/12 to 3 years ago.
