Help with Writing Program to Flash Lights on Telephone or Doorbell

Hello everybody,

I have an I/OLinc connected to my doorbell and telephone systems with the kit from Smarthome. The I/OLinc's input doesn't directly control anything right now and just spits the status out to the network. I am trying to get my lights to flash whenever the I/OLinc input goes high (lights are on various SwitchLincs and KeypadLincs).

I initially tried to pair the I/OLinc directly with the lights I wanted to control and it worked great with one glaring exception.

The ringing sequence always ends in an 'OFF'.

This of course means that in the evening when relaxing in the living room, if the phone rings, the lights mimic the ringing pattern, then all turn off.

I purchased an ISY-994i in the hopes that I could write a program that could get around simply having the lights sync up with the ringing. I want to have all of the lights return to their original state before the telephone/doorbell event started. What should I write for a program to accomplish this, or even better, is there a toggle command out there somewhere?

Thanks!
