jgann
I am trying to add an outletlinc. When I go to "add device" it accepts the address then when I hit "OK" it just comes back to the Admin console with no trace of the outletlinc. I have tried using the # and auto discover and neither does the trick. I added one a few weeks ago and it shows up. Am I missing something? thanks Link to comment
jgann
Tried a computer reboot, tried a plm unplug / replug - didn't show. Cleared the java cache and it added. Go figure. Link to comment
Michel Kohanim
Hi jgann, Apologies for a tardy reply ... this is amazing but, needing an answer for everything myself, I think I can explain it if and only if you have upgraded your ISY recently. Is this the case? With kind regards, Michel Tried a computer reboot, tried a plm unplug / replug - didn't show. Cleared the java cache and it added. Go figure. Link to comment

Michel Kohanim
Hi jgann, Ok, that nullifies my theory! Any other anomalies? With kind regards, Michel I did recently upgrade to .14, but I did clear my cache before I upgraded. Link to comment

Hey John - You want to make sure you clear your cache AFTER you upgrade, and be sure ALL browser windows are closed. If you clear your cache before, you still need to run the Admin Console to perform the upgrade which loads it back into the cache. So the procedure would be: - run Admin Console and install upgrade - close all browser windows - clear Java cache - launch browser/new Admin Console Link to comment
