Portal Integration showing Offline

Under Configuration > Portals, my Portal Integration has been showing offline. When I log into my.isy.io it says my ISY is "Offline since Thursday, January 26th, 12:11:15 AM". I noticed this when my Echo stopped working. Is the portal integration down?

No, the portal is not down. Have you tried Refresh?

Mine is up OK also.

 

Perhaps your ISY connection has changed addresses or something ISY related has changed?

Static IP on the ISY has been known to do this. Try setting a DHCP reservation in your router instead and setting the ISY back to dynamic.

 

Otherwise, the DNS server can also cause this. If you don't have split DNS, try setting the ISY to use 8.8.8.8 as it's DNS server.
