Hi All,  

 

I picked up a new Schlage Connect deadbolt for my front door.  I am trying to add it to the network but it is not behaving.  I have the lock about a foot away from my ISY during the pairing.  I can try 4-5 times in a row, it finally acts like it will pare and then it doesn't communicate.  I upgrade to Pro on my ISY so I have plenty of device space, etc.  The lock was nice and close.  Any other ideas of what I can try?  Below is a snip from the log.

If this is the only Z-Wave device in your network, then you may need more non-battery operated devices to create a mesh.

 

Otherwise, I know for a fact that some of these Schlage door locks require a factory reset. So, please exclude, factory reset, and include again.

Thanks Michel.  I have two other Schlage locks that are working ok.  One at the back door and another in my back garage.  The ISY is at the front of the house about 10 feet away from the front door.  I also A GE plug in light dimmer and also an Aeotec siren.  Any other thoughts?

I have.  I am going to try a repair next as well.

Its worked out.  Running the repair did the trick for some reason.  Thanks guys.
