Monoprice Garage Door Sensor

Hi All,

 

Has anyone used the Monoprice Garage Door Sensors with ISY v4.5.4?

I am able to get the binary sensor working to indicate tilt (open) to work on the 3 sensors I bought.  However, the intrusion sensor is always on.  I also have a tamper sensor that was only detected on one of them.  Two of them do not show the tamper sensor at all.  Has anyone gotten intrusion or tamper working with the ISY?  Thanks.

Sorry no help, but thanks for the link. I'm going to try out one of the motion detectors.

I have the Insteon sensor (iolink) and it works so bad.

The http://www.fortrezz.com/shop/mimo-lite is a direct swap out for an iolinc, search this forum for others that have used it.

I've been using these daily while opening/closing multiple times a day on 2 garages. I have only had a couple of anomalies or false positives that I quite honestly ignored. I have mine placed on the top corner of the doors (top most slat) in case it matters.

 

Still no luck getting the other detected functionality to do anything however.
