Ecobee - Node Issues

I am new to this and getting errors.   I have three issues

1.  One issue is I have an old Ecobee2 and new Ecobee3 with sensors.  Both show up in logs but can only get the ecobee3 in the ISY.   The data (temp and stuff) for the ecobee2 is correct in logs.

2.   second is I am seeing this in the logs.....
2017-03-17 23:32:27 - ISY Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) OK. (ns/1/nodes/n001_ecobee1_sen1/report/status/ST/69.6/14)
2017-03-17 23:32:49 - ISY Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) OK. (ns/1/nodes/n001_ecobee1/add/EcobeeF?primary=n001_ecobee1&name=Ecobee&nls=140)
2017-03-17 23:32:50 - ISY Error: The remote server returned an error: (404) OK.

3. Not a big deal but sensor names don't come through so with a dozen sensors it makes it hard to get them named but getting it done.

The complete log file is attached

Strange.  I attached it.  It wont let me paste it.  Says too long.

Here is it is again!!

Log File.txt

And now a 4th & 5th issue.

4.  All of my sensors show up in ISY and I want to use them to ask Amazon Alexa what the temperature is in that room.   I have the ISY Portal and the Alexa skill but how can I get the Temperature or even occupancy into some sort of variable that I can ask alexa for the data.  I even tried writing a program to assign the values to another variable and the options just are not there for me.  Maybe doing something wrong but been using the ISY for years so pretty good with it.

5. My authorization tokens keep expiring every 12 hours or so and I have to restart to get them back.  Is there a way around this???

THANKS!!!

1&2: The portion below seems to indicate your nodes aren't installed correctly in the ISY.  Can you see all nodes from both stats?  Which stat is ecobee1?

3: Sensor names will come through in the next version

4: Any sensor value can be moved to an ISY variable via a program.  Not sure what you mean by no options.

5: I need a log to see what's going on there.

HI again io_guy.

Swapped the Honeywell Stat for an ecobee3 and now have ecobee3 connect problems.

The Node create generates a device in ISY OK...looks good..well the top boxes do. cant see to the bottom on this monitor.

The Node in nodeLink shows Heartbeat = 1 (frozen) and Fan State = On only.

Main tab page reports error 401 alternated with error 400. There is no place to enter credentials for acccess to the ecobee website for scraping. There is a "Request 3rd Party Pin" button on the ecobee Node in NodeLink but I have no idea what a third party Pin is. Without credentials the website isn't going to answer any information calls.

Is the ecobee3 supported? Mention of just ecobee (no "3") is made in several places. Are the credential boxes MIA on the Node page for some reason?

Thanks.

Got it!

The password/key is geerated by the ecobee tab/page in NodeLink and found listed under the Main tab/page in Nodelink.

Then that four letter key is inserted under the accounts section in the ecobee.com Account section to allow NodeLink to access it.

A compeletely backward method of doing things from ecobee.com  but it works.

After data came into the NodeLink page (very slowly) an "Install node into ISY" option then appeared, even though there were some nodes already in existence from NodeLink. One click there and a reboot of ISY and many nodes were installed and active inside ISY. Voila'. I am not sure the reboot of ISY was necessary this time.

Nice job!

With the three free remote sensors, this gives me accurate temperature from around the hme as well as occupancy detection from each location.

Thank you again for your hard work and skills. This is amazing.
