Posted March 21, 20178 yr If this is in the wrong location, please feel free to move it. I was running 5.0.4, and started having issues with changing programs, etc... So, I updated to 5.0.8 restored from my 5.0.4 backup, but all of my programs were gone! The devices were there, but the program tab had no programs in it. I then restored the ISY and now I am at 5.0.6, and all of my Insteon is working properly. I have attached a photo of the version screen. But, I have no Zwave devices showing at all. There were 5 zwave devices I was using in 5.0.4 (thermostat, aeon Siren, echolink tilt sensor). I have tried to Add zwave devices, but it never sees them. It keeps listening, but nothing ever happens even if it is right next to my ISY. I am no Zwave expert, but I am not sure where to turn next.

March 21, 20178 yr Author Thank you! I tried it, and it seems to run, but my zwave devices still don't show up. I think they are gone, but since I can't add them back I am confused.

A few weeks ago I had major problem with most of my Zwave devices not showing. Upon suggestion from UDI, I reformatted the flashcard and restored the backup that I had. That worked for me. I now make a weekly backup. Furthermore I do a healing and backup anytime I add or change a device.
