History of X10 (aka BSR) - the beginning of home automation

I started my first home automation project using BSR in the in the late 1970's shortly after it first became available at Radio Shack. The attached article was written in1999 and outlines the history of X10. For those of you that transitioned from X10 to the ISY I thought you might find this article interesting.
