I have successfully installed the FE469NX Z-Wave lock.

 

Is it possible from ISY to disable the lock for say 2 mins after N number of failed codes?

There's not inherent  "disable" command in the standard UI.

 

Sounds like you're looking for a way to programmatically enter/exit vacation mode?

I see the ISY can Enter/Exit Vacation mode via the 469's options but there appears to be no way to access the options from within an ISY program.  Maybe this is something that could be added down the road, or there may be a way to do it through parameter setting from within a program.  Someone with more understanding of the parameters will need to chime in on that aspect.
