Has anybody ever had issues with the Insteon On/Off Dual outlet Item#2663-222?

 

I had one completely die 2 weeks ago and today I had another die. No Power, no LED Lights, nothing.

 

I have about 10 of these, all a year old, so I am concerned about the longevity of these now that two died within the same month and they both were the same age. 

Have you tried a factory reset (requires two people or removing the outlet)?

I've never had a problem. With any of mine yet. At some point I recognize that they will go out but for now mine been good. I would follow Stusviews advice. I would also recommend a whole house surge suppressor be installed to give some protection to your devices
