Motion sensor and Swithlinc - false ON

I have a motion sensor within about 15 feet of a Switchlinc. Recently when the motion sensor was triggered the switchlinc turned on.

The motion sensor and the switchlinc have no relationship. The ISY was unaware that the switchlinc was on until I ran a query.

 

My PLM is the current and latest release.  I'm wondering if the false ON was strictly an RF issue, and not a powerline or plm issue, between the two devices.

 

 

UPDATE: I just took a second look at my Admin Console and it showed almost all of my 10 RF only device as ON

                 Rebooted the PLM and ISY, the Admin console is now showing them as OFF.

 

This is the first time I've come across this problem

I don't know about your other RF devices, but if the MS is set to send On only, then it will always show as On unless it's reset or you reset the ISY (as you did).
