ArunGupta2014 Posted September 2, 2017 Posted September 2, 2017 When I click on Add/Include a Z-Wave device, nothing happens. When I click on Remove/Exclude a Z-Wave device, the exclude box pops-up correctly. I have tried the Stop add/removing a Z-Wave device option, tried power cycling the ISY but no luck. When I click on Add/Include a Z-Wave device, in the Event Viewer, I see the following entries. I am not sure what is going on. This is first time I have seen this kind of issue. asbril Posted September 2, 2017 Posted September 2, 2017 This has happened to me and what I did was rebooting the ISY. I hope this works for you as well.
ArunGupta2014 Posted September 2, 2017 Author Posted September 2, 2017 How did you reboot the ISY? I have tried power off/on, but it did not help.
stusviews Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 How did you reboot the ISY? I have tried power off/on, but it did not help. Configuration, bottom of System panel.
ArunGupta2014 Posted September 3, 2017 Author Posted September 3, 2017 Tried that, still not working.
stusviews Posted September 3, 2017 Posted September 3, 2017 Try Z-wave, Tools, Heal Z-Wave Network. It will appear that nothing is happening. Wait until it's done. On my system it took nearly 4 minutes. If that doesn't help, then try Z-Wave, Tools, Synchronize Nodes, All. That'll be quicker and the progress shows. I have no basis for these attempts, only that they solved other Z-Wave difficulties I've had.
ArunGupta2014 Posted September 3, 2017 Author Posted September 3, 2017 I already tried Heal and Synchronize nodes and Repair Z-Wave network options. I allowed plenty of time for each operation (one hour for each operation to complete), but still nothing.
