I was changing some of my TLS settings to try to fix my weather data (still working on it).  I changed them back to 1.2 and "all" but my "portal integration" in the portal tab of my isy Admin console says "offline" and "registered".

any suggestions as to how to get it back online?

I just got this email:

Dear customer,

We are receiving requests from your Amazon Echo, however your account is not authorized to use the ISY 00:21:b9:00:fd:35. In order to use your Echo with this ISY, please login to my.isy.io and make sure that this ISY is authorized in your account. You may have to go to the admin console, under configuration/portals, and click Approve.

For more informations, please refer to the ISY Portal Installation Instructions.

With kind regards,

the only option inside "configuration" "Portals" is a button that says "refresh" and nothing happens when I click it.

Mine has been showing offline on the portal and my.isy.io since about 11est this morning. There's a main window tomorrow morning, so I don't think its that.

I figured it out.  When I adjusted the TLS settings in the Dashboard, I had clicked "verify".  I had to uncheck that.

thanks and sorry for crying wolf.
