A few concerns (not in any way to be construed as complaints):

All devices show as offline.

(Schlage) deadbolts appear twice.

Dimmable Insteon devices appear twice, one as the original entry and the others as an entry labelled, "ISY Dimmable device" followed by the Insteon ID.

EDIT: I see the behavior stusviews describes on the alexa web portal but not the ios app. I've pretty much stopped using the web portal as it has yet to be updated for routines and smart groups, unless I'm missing something.

Did you disable the V2 skill? I'm not seeing that behavior.

On a side note, it appears as though the smart groups feature works as intended, although only with devices and not scenes. I can now say "turn off the lights" in the office and the lights turn off.

I did have any of those issues. I suggest you remove and discover.

Forget All followed by Discover works. Devices, scenes and programs no longer show as off-line. This procedure also forgets and re-discovers devices, scene and programs. Groups need to be re-created.

A major change, for the good IMO, is that Insteon devices are in the Devices panel and Insteon scenes are in the scene panel. With v2. both devices and scenes were considered devices.

Nice ~ Thanks for that insight.

I have upgraded to V3. As I begin to rebuild routine actions, I'm finding that programs are now listed under "scenes" and there is no "scene off" action? I was using routines to call then or else portions of programs where then was on and else was off. Verbal commands to Echo seem to work fine, It's just routines where off is not available. Any suggestions? This is a significant problem, because routines were the only way to address the garage open close issue. I suppose, a separate program could be written for each on or off routine, but that just seems ridiculous.

Ditto. None of my routines that run programs which depended on both On and Off are working. Just when I thought the Open/Close difficulty had been solved.

This has just been submitted to Amazon.

ISY Programs are exposed using the "Alexa.PowerController", under the scenes category; This means that the On and Off should be available to routines IMHO.

Info only: Reverted to v2 for the sake of WAF. Had to recreate routine actions. The routines themselves remained.

Routines don't show the scenes now.. So can't be included, that forces me to go back to V2 {sadly}

First image shows some of my scenes listed, rhw other two screens show that when adding to routines they don't show under scenes nor devices.

All this "Artificial Intelligence" is great. Maybe in 10 years.

Artificial Intelligence is fine. The problem is human intelligence or, rather, lack of same B)
