This depends on what computer os you are using.

I can't access my ISY from 5 different computers. I have access from only a win 7 laptop and a win 10 desktop.

 

My three RPis, android tablet, and android mobile cannot run anything java.

 

Once they are garbage my ISY days are over.

Nearly every version of Windows from XP on can access the ISY. I haven't tried Window Vista.
