ISY not seeing portal.

Everything was working up until yesterday, now the ISY says it is registered, but offline. Refresh and rebooting doesn't fix it. My network is working fine. Any suggestions?

 

When I try to synch with the time server I'm getting the following popup

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
