DrLumen
Sometimes I find it's odd or ironic or counter-intuitive or whatever that the musicians in these types of things are so good. It's almost like their talents are out of place but then, I guess, the piece would have no credibility at all if the musicians were crap. Here is an example. Some of the flawless performances stick out more than the chaos. Yin and yang? (shrugs) Concerto For Horn and Hardart Oddly, the picture of the hardart kinda reminds me of the ISY and the internal processes and interconnections needed to get some things to work. Link to comment

DrLumen
Emperor's New Clothes come to mind. My wife made me stop it. It was hurting her ears. Too bad she can't carry a tune. The very early Pink Floyd before and around the release of 'Piper At The Gates of Dawn' was that way to me. It was just irritating and could say hurt my ears. Like nails on a blackboard. Same with Peter Gabriel era Genesis. Too weird for me. Link to comment
