asperber Posted January 11, 2018 Posted January 11, 2018 I am a new user to Agave/ISY and am having trouble getting Agave to work. I have portal access but the agave app is constantly saying "update failed". Under access level it states "full access". Anything else i can try? Thank you

Mecheng70 Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 Is there something with the ISY server creating issues. I can't control any of my devices and am getting the "update failure". Wife happy meter is not healthy. Is this have anything to do with the recent Google home and Alexa connectivity issues? Jason
James Peterson Posted February 23, 2018 Posted February 23, 2018 Is this happening for every action? or device? Is it possible that the ISY IP changed and was not updated on the Agave app? Verify that you can connect to the ISy via a browser using the same credentials that you have entered in Agave. If you still have issues let me know?
