RealitySEO Posted January 29, 2018 Posted January 29, 2018 Was set up and connected for just under a month, then had issues with Spectrum Time/Warner. They replaced their modem and router and now Alexa doesn't talk to ISY. Both are working separately (can see ISY in Admin Dashboard and also Alexa in Amazon Dashboard and shows v3 skills). However ISY shows as offline - even though I can see the thermostat controls in the ISY admin dashboard. I've searched the Wiki and the forums and don't see any references that seem similar. Any suggestions to get Alexa back on speaking terms with ISY? Thank you,
stusviews Posted January 30, 2018 Posted January 30, 2018 You portal is either not connected or set up correctly. Select Configuration, Portals. What's the result? Are you online, registered and active?
RealitySEO Posted January 30, 2018 Author Posted January 30, 2018 It shows "Offline - Registered" Also new as of today - when I go to my.isy.io it denies access. Was able to log in prior to yesterday
