nathan
Hi, As of today, all my echos are saying "Sorry, xxx is not responding" when attempting to turn an ISY device on/off. The portal sees the ISY fine. I've tried rebooting the ISY, turning off and removing all of the ISY skills in the Alexa portal but this continues to happen. Is anyone else having this issue recently? Yesterday, everything was working and there were no changes on my end. Edited February 7, 2018 by nathan Quote Link to comment
wbgookin
I'm getting the same thing too, but it all worked yesterday. Hopefully it's something temporary on the Echo end. Quote Link to comment

wbgookin
Well, not fixed here yet. MobiLinc won’t connect either, but hopefully it’ll get sorted out soon. Quote Link to comment

nathan
Definitely not fixed here either. It has been broken since at least 10AM EST. Quote Link to comment
wbgookin
As people are pointing out in the portal thread, it seems to be working again. Thanks all! Quote Link to comment

giomania
It’s still not working here. Here is the message I am getting: “Sorry the device that X is connected to is not responding please check it’s network connection and power supply.” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Edited February 8, 2018 by giomania Quote Link to comment
Michel Kohanim
Hello all, Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. One of our servers died and we had to replace it. Everything is back to normal. With kind regards, Michel 1 Quote Link to comment
giomania
Hello all, Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. One of our servers died and we had to replace it. Everything is back to normal. With kind regards, Michel Thanks Michel. However, it is still not working this morning here; do we need to do anything to kick start it? Good thing I still have manual control to fall back on, and it really makes you appreciate the “magical” experience of voice control. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote Link to comment

smacbride
I had the same problem and was able to resolve it by disabling the skill in the Alexa App and then re-enabling it and doing a discover. Quote Link to comment

502ss
Power cycle did not work for me. ISY shows offline in the portal since 4:48pm today! Are there portal problems again? Quote Link to comment

502ss
Not here. A offline portal may require that you contact support: https://www.universal-devices.com/contact-support/ I opened a ticket! Thanks Funny how nothing on my end changes and yet I am the one having to open a ticket! Sounds like residual issues left over from the server failure a few days ago! Quote Link to comment
stusviews
A few others have also run into an extended difficulty. Quote Link to comment
