bfullerpe Posted March 24, 2018 Share Posted March 24, 2018 When I log into the Dashboard or the Administration Console none of the device's status appear. However, when I use the Android app MobiLinc Pro the device's status show up and are correct. If I select and device in Dashboard or the Administration Console I can turn the device on or off. Yet the status never indicates a change. I am accessing the console and dashboard using java shell on the computer and I am not going to thru a browser. I have also disabled the computer's antivirus and firewall to see if this would correct the situation. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
