BradS Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 I have a scene that I am unable to delete. When I try, I get: Error No network connection [[DHCP] state=RENEW] After backing up, and through the resulting zip file, I found the description within a file named 83.UND Is there a way to delete the scene?

How are you trying to delete the scene? What devices are in the scene? Did you right click on the scene then click delete?
Michel Kohanim Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 Hi BradS, If the Scene is within a folder, try first removing it from the folder. With kind regards, Michel
BradS Posted June 6, 2018 Author Posted June 6, 2018 Deleting via selecting the Scene on the Main tab under the grouping titled "Network" > Right Click > Delete. There are no devices in the scene It does not appear to be in any folder, but rather at the "root" of "network" The scene is the last scene in the list of 16 scenes. Its address is "ADR0001" which seems odd compared to the other scenes which seem like random numbers Additionally, when I click on "Network" which then shows a list of device names, states, addresses and type, I have a very odd item in the list. I took a partial screen shot and attached it. Might I have some corruption in the file system of my ISY 994i/IR PRO? This problem has been with me for several upgrades of the firmware (currently at v.4.6.2) Kind Regards, Brad
Michel Kohanim Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 BradS, please send your error log to support@Universal-devices.com and point to this post. With kind regards, Michel
BradS Posted June 8, 2018 Author Posted June 8, 2018 Thank you Michel: I've learned "You cannot delete ADR001 scene. This is a factory installed scene required for OpenADR functionality (if enabled)." Kind Regards,Brad 1
