Need a tutorial of how ordinary device installations work

As I understand, this would duplicate the responder ON levels and RAMP RATES for this controller to match that of the scene level.  Remember, scene responder levels can be different for each-and-every controller to which they respond.  For example, you may want a responder to go to 50% when controlled via the ISY (scene level) but to go to 70% when controlled by a keypad button.
Did you get your comm problems fixed?

Oberkc is right. I posted that thought / advice and can provide more step by step detail but solve comm problems first.
