smokegrub Posted June 28, 2018 Posted June 28, 2018 This morning all spokens, including the most basic, such as, "Alexa, what time is it" are greeted with the response, "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again in a little while". I have rebooted my Echo Dots. I have rebooted the router. I have closed the Amazon account and reentered it. I have checked the portal to ensure things appear OK (I am not very adept at this). I did some searching online and saw that many had had this problem but I found no solution. So, I have turned the my friends here at the forum for help. Has someone had this problem and resolved it? Quote
