z-wave module dead?

I have around 10 Z-wave devices connected to my isy. Last week, is lost control of all of them. I tried everything: repair, heal, fsctory rest the dongle, upgrade.

  • Everytime I login or change the status of a device, I get the message "Failed Communicating with".
  • Yesterday, I tried the re-sync option and isy removed all the Z-wave devices from the list of devices
  • Tried to register the devices again, still no success

I assume my module is dead and I have to order a new one. Question is how to be sure? Any other troubleshooting step I can try?

    3. Adjust your preference.
