Alexa skill help,needed.

I’m following the wiki to get my Alexa running again. It had been unplugged for a while during our renovation.  I’m not sure which version of the isy skill I was running, but think it was the first version.  wiki link here.  There may be a problems with the Alexa service

when I click enable on the Alexa app,nothing happens.  I tried enabling another skill and that worked fine. 

Any advice would be appreciated.

my original installation was done a couple of years ago.  The isy skill was not even listed under smart home, just along with the 3 other skills I had enabled. 

I have followed the instructions. Issue is that when I click enable on the v3screen, nothing happens.  It never enables.

Edit: I updated the Alexa app and was able to enable the skill.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
