sarness Posted August 23, 2018 Posted August 23, 2018 Hello all, I have a weird issue that I haven't found an answer to, I can open the administrative console, but after 2-3 minutes it appears to time out. I get a red flag in the lower left, file/exit works, the rest are not select-able and the icons are grayed out. The tabs work, but doesn't change anything. I can still modify settings, programs, and other items, but can only do it in the 2-3 minute window. I tried a couple other tricks others have posted, but no dice so far. ISY 99ri/IR Pro (1110) Insteon_UD994 v.4.7.3 (2018-07-09-16:44:35) PLM 44.D3.19 v9E / Connected Java v8 Update 181 Windows 10 Pro Version 1803 Any ideas? Steven

Steven Which version of the UI are you using, or are you using the ISY Launcher? It's also possible that your firewall may be blocking the admin console.

I'm using the ISY launcher, I've checked the firewall, no issues on that end, I did have a problem with DNS last month which I thought was causing the issue, but that has since been resolved.
