Message from Eco "I am having trouble connecting to the internet"

On three separate occasions this past month I have encountered situations where my devices display a red light when I issue a spoken. Alexa says something to the effect that I am having trouble accessing the internet. I can fix the problem by rebooting all six Echo's. I can still set timers,

Over the past few months I’ve had maybe one or two incidents like that. They both worked themselves out so I’m thinking it was Amazon because my internet connection was solid, or bugs. One thought is to reboot internet modem and router, and wireless to see if that helps in the future.

This has now occurred at a second residence with a different ISY! That makes it almost a certainty that it on Amazon's end.
