There's no list of supported devices. However most common use devices such as switches and plugs are supported. Buying no name devices may or may not be supported

Are the save devices not in the device pulldown list like Insteon devices?

Unfortunately no. Zwave addresses differently than insteon. 

I want to buy this Z-Wave bulb. Does anyone know if it works with Z-wave ISY.

This Aeotec bulb has been tested and works with the ISY, not sure about the one you mentioned.

I personally use a Zwave bulb socket . It is more expensive than your bulb but it has a longer life. There is another model that takes less space but I can not find it right now.
