Clarification: Elk M1XEP - Secure Port (Yes or No)

In the wiki (https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-994i_Series_INSTEON:ELK_Security_Module), there is documentation that indicated you can use the Elk M1XEP secure port for the ISY 994 Pro (which I have).  I don't have my ISY firmware version at the moment but it is 5.x.x released in July.  The M1 is FW 5.3.0 and M1XEP is 2.0.34

  • 994 PRO Series v3.3.5+: the Secure port number that you configured for the M1XEP (default 2601). Please consult ISY Network Security Guide to configure HTTPS Client Settings to:
    • Protocol: TLS 1.0 (or below)
    • Strength: Medium (or above)

I'm assuming the wiki is wrong or outdated.  My ISY and Elk will not functioning under secure port 2601 but everything is working fine under the non-secure port of 2101.  I also don't see the options to change the TLS protocol or strength during the ISY setup so again assuming that is for a previous version.

Can someone clarity if the secure port is an option or not please?
