chayne Posted September 29, 2018 Posted September 29, 2018 This error, socket open failed java.net_SocketTimeoutException, started appearing on my ISY994i ZWIR PRO a few days ago and appears to getting worse (more frequent). I'm accessed the ISY994i ZWIR PRO console from multiple workstations (windows 10) and get the error on each machine. Restarting the ISY994i ZWIR PRO doesn't appear to help. Can someone please point me in the right direction. I just was a new error, shown below, XML Parse Error http://xx.xx.xx.xx:80/index/desc .... Perhaps the two errors are related. Any help is greatly appreciated. Quote
