cam Posted September 29, 2018 Posted September 29, 2018 (edited) For the past few days I've been unable to access the ISY from the web interface (e.g. http://192.168.1.10) or the admin console. I can ping my ISY without issues. I unplugged and replugged it in numerous times (including the PLM) and that has no affect. Occasionally the web UI will begin to display and show "timeout, Loading /config/. BTW - my home automation is working (e.g. lights turn on/off, programs firing, etc.) and occasionally my IOS app (HomeTap) allows me to interact with the ISY but it's like running super slow or not at all. Thoughts? Edited September 29, 2018 by cam
dbuss Posted September 29, 2018 Posted September 29, 2018 @cam, Are you using the ISY Launcher? You can find it here:

Thoughts? I'm having the EXACT same issue - and I would bet money that the network activity from your router/switch to your ISY is incredibly high. I actually have another post here: Constant Network Activity

I removed the static route to my ISY and the admin console and web interface started working flawlessly. 1
lhmathys Posted September 30, 2018 Posted September 30, 2018 Brilliant! I just removed the HTTP (port 80) route from my router and everything is working again. I'm sticking to SSL only from now on.
